I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room was super clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The hotel's location near Mount Etna provided beautiful views and was perfect for exploring the area by car. The breakfast offered a variety of tasty options to start the day off right.

The secluded location of this hotel certainly made it peaceful and was perfect for a relaxing getaway. The buffet breakfast had a great variety and was delicious. The size of the luxury suite was impressive and had many appliances, such as a safe, fridge, microwave, kettle, and gas hob. The room was clean with lovely views of the natural surroundings.

The staff made the check-in process very unpleasant.

Great breakfast selection with fresh options. the parking area felt secure as the gate was locked and guests have access to a key. the silence gave us a peaceful restful stay.

The bed was too hard for our preference, and the pillows were bad. It would be great if they offered a pillow menu.

We enjoyed the large swimming pools and the comfy beds in the rooms. The location was great for exploring the natural surroundings around the hotel. , the breakfast served in the morning was delicious and varied every day.

The noise level was too high due to parties and renovation works that started early in the morning. The staff's language skills were lacking, and communication was difficult.
